Aphaenogaster tennesseensis (Tennessee Collared Ants)

Aphaenogaster tennesseensis is one of the easiest parasitic species in Canada. Aphenogaster tennesseensis parasites on Aphenogaster in the fulva-rudis-texana complex. Our ants come pre-introduced with 30 or more hosts, if you want to do the introduction yourself please contact us.

A10 (Aphaenogaster tennesseensis) have very small soical stomachs, so when you give them sugars its best to provide it in a way they can carry it around (ie very small cotton balls soaked in sugarwater)
